Fit Thinking Walking Coaching (a brand new service for women)

Our thoughts tend to be more creative and our problem-solving abilities enhanced.  What’s more, people also often find it easier to talk about their challenges, doubts and difficulties when walking side by side with someone than when sitting face to face. Finally, walking in nature also provides innumerable health benefits and counteracts many of the problems caused by prolonged sitting and indoor life.

That's why I've started a walking coaching service for women who want to take advantage of those benefits and who are ready to change their lives. Walking coaching is ideal for those women who have already achieved some success in life, and are now ready to take themselves to the next level of success.  Whether your ambitions are to improve your lifestyle or your career, the process of walking coaching wil get you moving into the future that you want.

The coaching sessions will be held whilst walking for around 50 minutes, followed by a round-up conversation of around 30 minutes over coffee.  In the first instance, this will be done at Burbage Common and Woods in Hinckley, Leicestershire.  The service will be available from 15th April 2017 and, in the first instance, sessions will be undertaken on Wednesdays and on Saturday afternoons. ** Special offer for April and May - see below **

 

So, what is the investment?

walking-coachingIt’s important to be aware that the investment you make in coaching is not simply a financial one. You will also need to invest time and commitment into the coaching process, with work in between sessions to keep you moving towards your goals. You might also need waterproof clothing on some days! After all, coaching is an investment in your career/business, your health, your future -- your life, so it’s worth making the effort for

The normal pricing structure of walking coaching will be the same as for my face to face coaching, and will include the same level of coaching: in addition to the monthly 90 minutes walking session, there will be a 30 minute coaching call each month. Thus providing a total of 2 hours personal coaching per month, plus email support (including resource links and worksheets, as appropriate).

Following each session you will receive:

  • email containing links, information and other resources identified as useful (within 3 working days)
  • Email support between sessions including worksheets of relevant tools and techniques
  • Relaxation CD or MP3

Anyone who books their Walking Coaching Programme to start in April or May 2017 can take advantage of this great offer:

  • Pay monthly: £150.00 per month (normal fee £170) 
  • Three months*: £435.00 (normal fee £480)
  • Six months*: £850.00 (normal fee £900)
  • Twelve months*: £1620.00 (normally £1680)

*payment for whole period made prior to first session.
